1. About TileFinder

TileFinder is a trading name of Porcelain Perfection Ltd, Company No. 10729820, VAT No. 266820976. References to "we", "us" or "TileFinder" throughout these terms refer to Porcelain Perfection Ltd. TileFinder is a marketplace platform that connects customers with tile shops. We do not sell tiles directly. All purchases are made between the customer and the tile shop.

2. Customer Use

TileFinder is free to use for customers. You may browse tiles, filter results, and submit enquiries to shops. You must provide accurate contact information when submitting an enquiry.

3. Shop Accounts

Tile shops must register an account to list products. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of your product listings including prices, stock levels, and specifications.

4. Listing Accuracy

Shops must ensure all tile information is accurate and up to date. Prices shown on TileFinder are indicative. Final pricing, availability, and delivery terms are agreed directly between the shop and customer.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Shop listing subscriptions are billed in 30-day cycles. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices are based on the number of listings as shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time and your listings will remain active until the end of the current 30-day period.

6. Enquiries

Customer enquiries are delivered to shops via the TileFinder dashboard. Shops are responsible for responding to enquiries in a timely manner. TileFinder is not responsible for the content of communications between customers and shops.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TileFinder, including the design, logo, and software, is owned by TileFinder. Tile photos and descriptions uploaded by shops remain the property of the shop but are licensed to TileFinder for display on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TileFinder acts as a connection platform only. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of tiles listed, the accuracy of listings, or any disputes between customers and shops.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post misleading listings, or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
