For customers: name, email address, phone number (optional), and postcode when you submit an enquiry. For shop owners: business name, address, contact details, and account credentials.

3. How We Use Your Data

Customer enquiry data is shared with the relevant tile shop so they can respond to your request. Shop data is displayed on the marketplace to help customers find local suppliers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain enquiry data for 12 months unless you request deletion.

5. Your Rights
